Just two days ago I listened to something about achieving your goals, and the guy said, "Make sure it really is a goal. If it's something you can achieve right now with no effort, it's not a goal. Happiness is a state, you can choose to be happy right now, it's not a goal." It struck me as a good way to explain it.<br />I'm also ever more impressed with the power of gratitude, now that I have two daily gratitude practices.
